Dear Alexis:

I want to express my sincere thanks to you and the staff of The Smile Center for your professionalism and expertise in managing my anxieties about the comprehensive amount of dental work which I needed.

As you are well aware, I chose the IV sedation method due to my allergic condition of Novocain. Dr. Harcsztark and Dr. Sklar are to be complimented for their expertise.

I have no memory of the event; however, I do recall having the best four hours of uninterrupted sleep with no side effects other than feeling great pleasure in knowing that half of my dental work was done in one visit. How great is that!

I believe that first impressions are long lasting. Dr. Stuart Farbman was the dentist who performed my initial dental evaluation and it was due to his caring manner and up-front honesty which made my decision to change dentists and select The Smile Center an easy one.

Thank you, Alexis, for holding this cop's hand and leading me step-by-step through my dental treatment plan and believing in my concerns about my allergic condition.

I never thought I would be able to say that I look forward to going to the dentist--but I do now because of ALL OF YOU! I am referring all the members of my organization to the Center.
